donor impurity การใช้

ประโยคมือถือ
  • Donor impurity atoms have more valence electrons than the atoms they replace in the intrinsic semiconductor lattice.
  • Donor impurities " donate " their extra valence electrons to a semiconductor's conduction band, providing excess electrons to the intrinsic semiconductor.
  • If an intrinsic semiconductor is doped with a donor impurity then the majority carriers are electrons; if the semiconductor is doped with an acceptor impurity then the majority carriers are holes.
